Clinical Director
Ashley has worked in the field of addiction for almost 15 years, guiding individuals toward a life in recovery and helping them resolve emotional roadblocks and build healthy narratives that support long-term success. She is passionate about incorporating many different modalities and individualizing each person’s approach to recovery, and has created and run holistic programs within treatment centers. A Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Clinical Supervisor, one of her specialties is working with clients who have trauma histories — she is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional who has created and facilitated trauma-focused programming on both group and individual levels.

Danielle Demizio

With a strong background in addiction recovery, Danielle has dedicated her work to helping individuals heal through mindfulness, meditation and holistic practices — facilitating mindfulness workshops, grounding sound-bowl meditations and other integrative healing experiences. She is currently pursuing her Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) certification and a Social Work degree at Ocean County College. Danielle believes recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey but a personalized path toward balance, wellness and self-discovery that addresses the mind, body and spirit of each client.

Aharon is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for every client, meeting people with compassion and acceptance. An attachment-based, person-centered clinician educated at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work (Sara Schenirer), he believes clients inherently know their own answers and strengths. He recognizes and respects the unique cultural and spiritual needs of Orthodox Jewish clients, including those struggling with addiction, while welcoming clients from all backgrounds. His integrative approach emphasizes understanding, connection and collaboration to foster healing and growth.

Michael DiMarco has dedicated more than 20 years to The Crossroads Companies, where he leads business development, marketing, and strategic partnerships to expand access to behavioral health and addiction recovery services. A Rutgers University graduate and former NCAA wrestler, he is deeply committed to improving the health and well-being of the communities he serves.
An Egg Harbor Township resident for over 31 years, Michael has held numerous community and professional leadership roles, including with the Egg Harbor Township PAL, Kiwanis Club, EAPA New Jersey Chapter, and Atlantic County PACADA.
