3. Crisis Intervention: Our Ocean County Employee Assistance Program offers immediate support during crises, such as workplace violence or personal emergencies, to help employees navigate difficult situations more effectively and return to work when ready.

4. Work-Life Balance: EAPs help employees manage work-life balance by providing resources and strategies for handling personal and professional challenges.
